From the depths of pain and mental anguish, the Healthy Pharmacist is reborn.

After suffering a major sports injury requiring hip surgery, the days of moving freely were thought to be over. Even after a successful repair, an onslaught of foot, ankle, knee, back, and shoulder pain emerged from immobility and overcompensation.

Miraculously, I’m back to running, swimming, and biking nearly pain free.
